The Service and the seller
The Service is the Sneaps license subscription operated by EURL BENOIT EVEILLARD (French single-member limited company), SIREN 983 284 126, under the sneaps.io brand. Registered office: 20 Rue Chardon Lagache, 75016 Paris, France. RCS: 983 284 126 R.C.S. Paris. Share capital: 1 000 €. VAT number: FR37983284126. The Customer is the subscriber. The Licence Key is the secret key that enables access through the Image Generator plugin for EmDash. Contact: support@sneaps.io.
How it works
The Customer subscribes and pastes the Licence Key into the plugin. The plugin sends a prompt built from the entry title, excerpt and selected style, together with image size, quality and the Licence Key, to proxy.sneaps.io. The server requests an image through a third-party model-routing service and returns it. No separate AI provider account is needed. Availability is provided on a best-effort basis, without an uptime guarantee. AI images can be imperfect, unexpected or similar to existing works. We do not review generated images.
Software licence
Subject to these Terms, EURL BENOIT EVEILLARD grants you, as a user of the plugin, a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the Image Generator plugin on websites you own or operate, including on behalf of clients, whether or not you subscribe to Sneaps license. By installing or using the plugin, you accept these Terms, including this software licence. Except as permitted by applicable law or a licence applicable to a particular version, you may not copy the plugin beyond what is necessary for authorised installation and use, modify it, redistribute it, sublicense it, resell it or remove its notices. The plugin is provided as is, subject to mandatory statutory rights and guarantees. Version 0.1.0 was released under the MIT licence and remains available under that licence; these restrictions do not replace or revoke the MIT permissions for that version. This software licence is distinct from the Sneaps license subscription: access to the hosted image-generation Service requires a valid subscription and is limited to two activated sites per Licence Key.
Licence Key, quota and fair use
Keep the Licence Key secret. It is personal to the Customer and may be activated on up to 2 sites. Each monthly billing period includes 100 images, beginning on the purchase date and renewing monthly. Unused images do not carry over. Refused prompts do not use quota. Do not share or resell access, exceed activation limits, bypass limits or overload the Service. We may block or revoke a shared or abused key.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
The subscription price is €9.90 or US$11.90 per month (VAT included / TVA comprise). Polar (polar.sh) is the merchant of record and authorised reseller, distinct from EURL BENOIT EVEILLARD. Polar handles payments, applicable VAT/sales tax, invoices and subscriptions. Review the final price, currency, taxes and recurring-payment information at checkout. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel through the Polar customer portal linked in the receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period, when the key is revoked. Acceptable use
Do not submit prompts or use images to reproduce or imitate another party’s trademarks, logos, copyrighted characters or protected works; depict real people without their consent; create deepfakes or misleading content; produce sexual or adult content; depict minors in any sexual or harmful context; or create violent, hateful or illegal content. Do not bypass content filters, resell access, share a key beyond its site limit or overload the Service. The image model may refuse a prompt; a refused request does not use quota. For abuse we may block a key without notice and without a refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Image use and Customer responsibilities
As between us and the Customer, the Customer may use the generated images, subject to third-party rights and the terms of the underlying AI providers. This is not a guarantee of copyright ownership, uniqueness or absence of third-party rights. The Customer must have the rights to submitted content, avoid personal data in prompts, check outputs before publication and comply with applicable law. The Customer remains responsible for their prompts and use of images.
Liability, changes and termination
We are responsible for the Service as required by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free images or suitability for every use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or misuse of generated images. Nothing excludes liability or consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded. We may change the Service or these Terms with notice by email or on the website. Material subscription changes will be communicated before they apply, allowing cancellation before the next renewal. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or abuse, subject to mandatory rights. Statutory refunds remain available where required.
Law and contact
French law governs these Terms. French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections, including applicable protections and jurisdiction rights in the Customer’s country of residence. Contact support@sneaps.io for questions or complaints.
