Refund and cancellation policy

Cancel your subscription
1. Open the receipt email sent by Polar. 2. Follow the customer portal link. 3. Cancel the subscription and keep the confirmation. Cancellation stops the next renewal and any further subscription charge. The Licence Key continues working until the end of the paid period, then is automatically revoked. Contact support@sneaps.io if you cannot access the portal.
Request a refund
Commercial refunds are available only for a technical failure where the requested image was not generated. A generated image is not refundable merely because the Customer dislikes its appearance. For a failed generation, email support@sneaps.io with the purchase email and request details, without sharing the Licence Key. We aim to reply within 24 hours and review the failure. Approved refunds are processed through Polar, the merchant of record. Abuse does not qualify for a commercial refund. This policy does not restrict statutory withdrawal rights, remedies for non-conforming services, or Polar’s applicable buyer terms.
Refunding and cancelling are separate
A refund does not, by itself, cancel the subscription. If you want to stop future charges, cancel it separately through the Polar customer portal. When the subscription ends, the Licence Key is revoked automatically. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
EU and French consumer withdrawal rights
Consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of a digital-service contract to withdraw. If the Customer expressly requests immediate performance before the end of this period and receives the required information, they may owe a proportionate amount for the service supplied before withdrawal. The right is lost after the service has been fully performed only where the required prior express consent and acknowledgement were obtained. Immediate activation alone does not automatically remove withdrawal rights. Write to support@sneaps.io or use Polar’s support channels to exercise applicable rights.
