Enable the SSL certificate on Webflow website
Table of contents
An SSL certificate is like a digital ID card for websites. It shows that a website is genuine and keeps the information you share with it private and safe. When you see a padlock icon in your web browser's address bar, it means the website has this certificate and your connection to it is secure.
Enable Webflow SSL with one-click
- Go to the Project Settings
- Go to the Publishing Tab
- On the Publishing tab, check the button "Indexing of yoursite.webflow.io is disabled"

Note that with an e-commerce website or if the membership is activated, the SSL is enabled by default and cannot be disabled.
